No previous people management experience is required, but the desire to progress your career and begin to manage a team over time is essential
This leading real estate lender, based in Central London are looking for somebody to take complete ownership of the office technology. Due to phenomenal success within the company everything is growing rapidly, including their IT stack. We need somebody to join the company and grow professionally as the company grows as a market leader.

Managing everything from cabling to server failures to setting up VPN's to setting up desktops for new employees. Being the only person in charge of the IT infrastructure this role does a carry a lot of responsibility. They have a state of the art financial / accounting ERP system which is the main hub of the business, any knowledge of NetSuite or similar accounting systems will be a plus.
You will become an extremely valued technical all-rounder who can solve all of their technology issues. You can't be afraid of using a screwdriver either as you will get involved with office moves, including building desks and new work stations! You'll become the go to person when technical issues arise.
The company have recently increased their lending to over £20 million and forecasts show growth to over £50million by the end of this year. This growth shows no signs of stopping and with company growing as quickly as they are, now is a fantastic time to join this entrepreneurial team.
Salary: £26,000-£37,000 + Benefits including 25 days holiday + public holidays totalling 33 days p/a

Location: Central London
- Circa 2-5 yrs+ experience in a technical role (IT manager, IT Support, Engineer)
- A well rounded IT knowledge covering networking, infrastructure, software, hardware
- Can-do attitude and not afraid to get their hands dirty.
- Ability to handle pressure and responsibility
- Ideally from a financial services/ start-up background (Not essential)
- Team Player, eventually managing a team of IT engineers and support technicians
