Position Summary
Managing a team of Desktop/facilities support personnel the IT Manager will be responsible for a team of support personnel in delivering service to 360 staff in locations in Asia, Europe and the Americas and the implementation of a transformation program to align our existing desktop infrastructure, processes and policies with the companies aspirations for efficiency and cost reduction.

Reporting to the CTO and in collaboration with the Senior Information Security Manager and other peers and stakeholders within the business the successful applicant will ensure compliance with the high security and compliance standards that the company, its auditors and customers set and maintain high standards of security and reporting.

Key Attributes and Experience
The Person
5 years plus in a technical management role.
Significant experience of managing or supporting a windows desktop estate.
Demonstrable record of achievement
Able to communicate at all levels
Comfortable with managing offshored personnel
Results oriented
Team player
Attention to detail

Duties and responsibilities
The IT Manager will own and manage the portfolio of Saas and other software and services that support our staff, contractors and consultants worldwide, This includes but is not limited to:
Telephony and Conferencing
Audio visual equipment
Enterprise Content Management
Desktop equipment and provisioning
Active directory and google directory management
Windows payroll platform management
Alarm and CCTV where required
Manage team objectives for 6 desktop support staff worldwide
Assisting the facilities manager with staff resources as required.
