IT Network & Helpdesk Manager (12 Month FTC) - Towcester - £40,000 plus 10% bonus and excellent benefits including 25 days holiday, health & travel insurance, product allowance, profit bonus, enhanced paid leave and private pension.

An exciting opportunity has opened up with a forward thinking, reputable and family owned pharmaceutical business who are now seeking a standalone IT Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.

As the IT Manager you will be the first point of contact for technical support for users and service providers, providing 2nd/3rd line support while also having major input with exciting global IT projects within the business.

To be considered for this role you must have;
-Experience managing external IT providers
-2nd & 3rd line support experience
-General IT infrastructure knowledge
-Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory and Exchange Server experience
-Exceptional customer service
-Hardware/software experience with the ability to use initiative and provide solutions

Although not essential, if you are able to speak the French language, this would be considered highly advantageous.

This position would suit a natural engineer who currently sits in standalone IT Manager role, who is looking to be a part of a well respected business and work on exciting global projects. The starting salary for this role is paying up to £40,000 plus 10% bonus and begins initially for 12 months.
