A IT Infrastructure Engineerwith experience of Windows Servers, Virtualisation, Exchange, Office 365, Active Directory, Networking required to join an MSP that work on a national scale.
You will provide in depth support to a wide client base. An ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical issues to non technical people is essential to the role. You will be given the opportunity to work with a diverse range of technologies. The role will consist of BAU activities as well as project work, whether that is on-boarding new clients or implementing new systems.
The role encompasses an on-call rota and so you must be able to participate in out of hours support when needed.
