Permanent night shift Team Lead - 2nd Line IT support.

4 on 4 off 12 hour night shift rota.

Based in South Bristol, this office based senior service desk role will play an integral part in providing a high-quality support service to customers throughout the UK, responding to and resolving escalated customer IT support calls and maintenance tasks in a polite and efficient manner.

For this role you must have a good understanding and ability to work unsupervised on 2nd line desktop, network and server support queries, and will have in depth knowledge of network infrastructure topology and support.

Essential Skills
Proficient in the use and support of:

  • Microsoft Office, client, server, exchange
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
  • Remote Desktop
  • Email Relay and antispam

Would suit strong 2nd line engineer
