IT Helpdesk Engineer £19,620 to £22,730 (experience dependent & pay award pending)

Senior IT Helpdesk Engineer £28,613 to £30,439 (experience dependent & pay award pending)


Full time 37.5 hours per week (Up to 40 hours may sometimes be required)

Based in London, but with regular travel to other MOLA sites

MOLA is a leading heritage organisation, undertaking high-profile archaeological excavations, ground-breaking research and community projects. Roles have arisen to support our teams through Helpdesk support as the service, for the first time, is being brought in-house.

We wish to recruit a self-motivated and enthusiastic Helpdesk Engineer and Senior Helpdesk Engineer to support our IT Team. Working as part of a team of five, the role will be supporting users spread over a number of sites including London and Northampton, and so travel will be required at times.

Whilst we will support developing technical aptitude and skills, we will also need the successful candidates to arrive with a great customer service ethos; demonstrate a willingness to help wherever they can, to be relentless in their problem solving skills and really own problems on behalf of the end users.
