Our London based client are currently looking to bring an IT Helpdesk Support Technician into their London office. The company are market leaders in property development and real estate solutions. They design, build and manage their properties/buildings and also act as investment managers. They operate in the UK and various countries in Europe and have over 600 staff across their offices.
Our client have won numerous awards including "Best Employer", "Best Developer in 2017" & Best Office Developer 2016".
All IT is outsourced to Ukraine but they would now like a sole IT Helpdesk professional to support the 50-60 users in their London office.
·You will be the central point of contact for all IT incidents and service requests
·Provide services over the phone, face-to-face, email and self-service
·Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues
·Assist all users at London office
·implement temporary and permanent fixes where necessary
·Install and configure new equipment
Skills & Experience
·Windows & Mac Support
·1st & 2nd line support
·Network support (routers, switches, patching, cabling)
·Escalate issues to the 3rd line team where necessary
·To support all AV and Comms equipment, printers, etc.
·To support Telephones - mobile/fixed. Windows Laptops/ Ipad/Iphones

They are moving to a new building in Summer 2018. Only 100 yrds away. But they will do a total refresh of all equipment. This person will be heavily involved in selection and deployment of equipment. Right down to crawling around laying cables !!!
