I am currently looking for a first-class IT support person to join an excellent team based just outside of Chester.
Are you flexible, adaptable and have the ability to remain calm under pressure?
Would you describe yourself as organised, diligent and punctual?
Are you personable and able to tackle any helpdesk support with ease and enthusiasm?
Do you have experience of using Active Directory and SharePoint?

As an IT Helpdesk & Support person you would be responsible for carrying out all 1st line support queries answering the helpdesk line which is the central point for over 200 users, assisting and leading configuration of new desktops, laptops and mobile devices and repairing software and hardware failures – this is a very varied and busy role so the successful candidate would need to have a can-do attitude and be happy to get stuck in!
If you like to take pride and ownership in the service you provide, have EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills, have the self-motivation to ensure that all queries are dealt with promptly and politely, then this may be the role for you.
This is a 12 month fixed-term contract and an excellent opportunity to gain invaluable experience in an amazing company, which could also lead to a permanent role.
