IT Helpdesk 1st Line Support - German

The Role

You will be providing 1st line technical support and assistance to staff across our EU offices, dealing with helpdesk requests and calls coming into the IT department from English, German and French speakers. Handling support requests with SLA and escalating up to 2nd or 3rd line teams as required.

Remote user support

Software installation

User administration (Active Directory)

Ticket escalation and incident response

Working within SLAs

The Candidate

The role will appeal to an individual capable of working in a pressurised environment. You will have the initiative to approach challenges with enthusiasm and the ability to react to rapid changes in prioritisation whilst maintaining a clear focus on the company objectives. Exceptional time management and problem solving skills along with an analytical mind-set and attention to detail are a must. Must be Fluent in English and German. Additional EU languages would be advantageous
