IT Helpdesk Technician opportunity - Based in Bracknell - £7.50 raising to £8.75 per hour
Fujitsu UK is a leading IT company who provide IT systems, services and products and are currently looking for a number of IT Service Helpdesk Technicians to join their IT Service Helpdesk teams in Bracknell.
Fujitsu in Bracknell offer IT Helpdesk services to the MoD - Ministry of Defence and require candidates with excellent customer service skills to join their team, whilst some IT knowledge is preferred this is not essential as full training is provided. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking calls from customers who are experiencing IT issues, as an IT Helpdesk Technician you would then try to identify what the issue is and then talk the customer through the steps to try and resolve the issues.
Key Skills Required are as follows:
- Customer Service experience required
- An interest in IT preferred but not essential as full training is provided
- Previous call centre or helpdesk experience preferred but not essential
- IT / Computer literate
- A clear, concise telephone manner
- Strong communication skills
Details of the position are as follows:
Position: 1st Line IT Helpdesk
Contract Type: On-Going Contract, temp to perm
Pay rate: £7.50 raising to £8.75 per hour after all referencing has been done
Shifts: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with one weekend in 8 weeks, rotating shifts
Hours: 8 hours per day between the hours of 7am and 7pm
