IT Field Service Specialist - Caerphilly - 4/6 Month Contract - Up to £400 Per Day

Our clients, who are a FTSE 250 Global manufacturing and packaging company have an immediate requirement for an IT Field Service Specialist on an initial 4-6 month contract to help develop their service management tool (ServiceNow).
Your new role
The role is to support the roll out and enhancement of ServiceNow as a 'Case Management' and 'Self Service Portal' solution for internal customers to raise requests with the Shared Service Centre(s). This covers key areas such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Risk and Master Data.
You will also be responsible for:
- Documentation - documenting guides etc.
- Collating new requests and enhancements
- Working with IT and External developer
- Coordinating with Shared Service Team(s) and Process Owners.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience of process improvements
- Knowledge of a Shared Service Centre
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience of ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Master Data, Credit Risk Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Ideally you will have experience on process improvements as well as knowledge of Shared Service Centres with associated knowledge of Master Data, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
What you'll get in return
For this role I am able to pay a rate of up to £400.00 Per Day
