An IT Desktop Support Manager with ITIL qualifications is required to join an organisation within the Public Sector. Based in the St Albans area of Hertfordshire, you will be required to oversee the 2nd line support function and excellent career prospects exist for the successful candidate. A salary of up to £44,000 is available.
Your core responsible will be to ensure the provision of a reliable, effective and cost-effective 2nd line support function. You will have previously worked in a large or complex organisation, potentially in the Public Sector (experience of working in a University / NHS or similar would be desirable).

You will have previous experience in the following areas:
- Working as an IT Support Manager / Desktop Support Manager or Helpdesk Manager
- ITIL qualifications
- Proven experience of managing a 2nd line support function, which will include a good knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2016 (365 desirable).
- Experience of working for a large complex organisation (potentially a University or for the NHS).
