This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented account executive or technical customer service professional with an interest/understanding in IT. The role which includes building and maintaining business relationships with client teams, managing client accounts.
·An understanding of IT (Software and Hardware)
·Account manage and upsell
·Day to day management of relationships with key customers for this product
·Delivery of training to customers
·Revenue retention and growth
·Developing strong relationships and trusted advisor status
Key skills required:
- Outstanding communication skills
- Experience of presenting
- Business analysis
- Strong attention to detail
Remuneration - The salary will depend on the successful candidate but in the region of £25,000.
