IT Customer Service Specialist

An Excellent opportunity has arisen for one IT Customer Service/Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong sales culture, build close relationships with customers and commit to customer development strategy
  • Ensure that appropriate IT technical information and support is provided to customers at pre-sale stage
  • Liaise with sales and marketing/ product category management on new products and literature
  • To think partnership & benefits for both parties
  • To identify & deliver some quick wins
  • Leads, inspires and colleagues to achieve objectives and develop team working
  • Obtain deep understanding of competitors, and their limitations

Candidate requirements:

  • Proven IT field sales experience
  • Proven experience in key account management
  • Significant sales or operational experience within the industry with a consistent track record of delivery
  • Extraordinary sales and customer relationship building skills
  • Ability to identify and understand business opportunities, and to build long term relationships with customers on this basis;
  • Experience of success within a pressurised B2B sales environment.
  • One of the following languages spoken to a very competent level is desired; German, French, Italian, Spanish
