6 Month FIXED TERM Contract
***Current SC Clearance is a bonus but the client will clear you if required***
Roles and Duties:
*Provide excellent first level customer support
*Maintain the rapport with customers by displaying a detailed understanding of support requirements
*Provide 1st and 2nd line support
*Provide an effective interface between users and service providers
*Diagnose service issues and requests
Experience and Skills Required:
*Experience with speaking to users and customers on the phone
*Excellent phone manner
*1st and 2nd line experience
*Local to Worcester would be a bonus
*SC Cleared currently would be a bonus
