FPSG's IT Recruitment Team have a Glasgow based opportunity for a Change Director to come and join our Client who have significant growth aspirations and resources at their disposal.
In short, your remit here will be to oversee and direct all of the business's technical systems & resources and be accountable for ensuring that 100% uptime is achieved with all the business critical systems, networks and infrastructure. You should be motivated by ensuring the experts who report to you are technically improved and can operate at the best level possible in a Cloud Computing environment.
This role requires a Change Director who can effectively manage and direct managers to manage their own technical Teams to maximum effect. This includes Teams in Glasgow as well as UK wide, off-shore and datacentre colleagues working to ensure round the clock operational delivery.
Meeting Company objectives and delivering on-time and within agreed budgets are vital attributes to bring to this opportunity. As such, a track-record in stakeholder management and Client facing responsibilities is something you should be proud to discuss at interview. This may also include specific success in service transition, where you have deployed Continuous Improvement (CI) skills to ensure every aspect of the business, including people, systems, procedures and processes are operating to their maximum potential.
Amongst other key responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to create a vision and strategy that drives the Technical Support side of the business forward effectively and efficiently as their Cloud business continues to thrive and expand.
