Job Title: IT Business Analyst - Infrastructure & Microsoft Tech Stack

Location: Birmingham (Remote)
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £55,000

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving technology and infrastructure projects forward. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in both business analysis and technical systems, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis activities across large-scale infrastructure and systems integration projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business and technical requirements
  • Bridge the gap between technical teams and business users to ensure solutions meet business needs
  • Work closely with infrastructure architects, engineers, and delivery teams to guide project execution
  • Facilitate workshops, write high-quality documentation, and support change management initiatives

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on systems and infrastructure
  • Extensive experience with the Microsoft tech stack, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and related platforms
  • Proven ability to work on complex, enterprise-level infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, cloud services, and enterprise architecture
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
  • Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
