Committed to sustainability, our client is on a mission to reduce waste within the foodservice industry. They are now looking for an IT Assistant to join their team.
In this exciting role, you’ll be the first point of contact within our client’s fast-paced IT Department. You’ll have the chance to exponentially increase your technical knowledge whilst gaining valuable insight into the operations of a highly successful business.
As an IT Assistant, you’ll be responsible for providing a high level of support to the IT Team and wider business.
Specifically, you’ll respond to, and log, a wide range of technical issues via telephone and email channels. You will evaluate the priority of the technical problem and assign them to the appropriate member of the IT Department.
Additionally, you will configure new hardware, including PCs and mobile phones, and facilitate orders with suppliers for new IT equipment.
Interested? To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need previous customer service experience.
Responsive and proactive, as an IT Assistant, you’ll have an excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills. You must also be a positive team player who can effectively manage changing priorities.
