My client a Housing Association based in the South West, are actively looking for an ICT Application Support Analyst to join the IT team on a one year fixed term contract.
You will be working on the maintenance, configuration, and security of business systems and the extraction, manipulation of data for the creation of management information reports. You will be involved in the planning, development and upgrading of business systems, as well as in troubleshooting any issues raised through the IT Service Desk.
On a day to day basis you will be Troubleshooting requests from the Service Desk, dealing with requests for reports, assisting operatives with mobile devices and looking at changes and improvements to be made to systems. You will also be involved in projects focused on data, working with new insights team on creating reports from the systems and reviewing processes on the repairs systems.
- SQL scripting skills
- SSRS Previous experience of supporting applications in the front end
- SQL Server administration skills
- Prince 2 / Agile
- Worked in a service desk environment
Salary: £31,000 - £34,782 for one year fixed term contract
