I am working with a business who are innovative and dynamic, due to success and growth I am seeking a IT Account Manager to be the link from client to the implementation team.
Key responsibilities include;
Developing and managing a 1st Line and 2nd Line team
Develop the account management process, supporting SLA’s
Planning and developing client satisfaction and retention
You will be;
An experienced Manager within a similar 1st Line/2nd Line team
Strong IT and problem solving skills
Able to make key business decisions
Strong mentor and management style
Strong analytical skills
This is a development role, we are looking for someone who is keen to develop their career, someone who can manage and direct a service desk and analytical team, someone who can give direction and give structure to a busy client focused and technical team.
