IT Administration Assistant - HTML and XML
The IT Administration Assistant will support all team members of the Client API Online Business Support team with any required administrative task, including correspondence with XML clients and GTA staff.
The IT Administration Assistant will be well organized with excellent communication skills and a good team player who is able to work quickly and thoroughly and able to prioritise the daily workload, even when under pressure.
The IT Administration Assistant will report to the Supervisor and Manager of the Client API Online Business Support team but will have a very close relationship with all members of the OBS team.
General correspondence with XML clients
XML enabling client accounts and client configuration in different systems and applications.
General administrative tasks
Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the department.
Essential knowledge and experience:
The Administration Assistant would benefit from experience within the travel industry or within other departments of GTA and a genuine interest in IT and technology.
Skills using the iSeries/AS400 would be of great advantage.
Knowledge of the CBS/HTML Websites/GS Systems.
Strong Excel skills.
