This is a key role for an experienced, articulate technical account manager within a bespoke IT consultancy.
As Technical Account Manager and a member of my client's growing technical account management team, you will play a key role managing and maintaining client relationships, setting up and maintaining service improvement plans and technology road maps, negotiating contracts and implementation and developing existing accounts. This will mean up-selling and cross-selling to existing clients, in addition to liaising with my client's business development team on handovers. Working with the Technicians to ensure everything runs smoothly for the client. Always ensuring the clients have the best possible customer experience.
Ideally you will be of graduate calibre with a proven IT account management track record, underpinned by consultative sales skill and the ability to build relationships at all levels. With excellent communication skills and a sound understanding of technology within an SME environment.
This role is also open to IT Helpdesk and IT Field Engineers who have a minimum of 5 years experience providing technical support within a business to business environment.
