IT 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer - Blandford Forum - Permanent Position - £30,000

This establishment is currently undergoing a refresh of its IT infrastructure which is therefore a great opportunity to to be involved in the technical design and implementation of all aspects of core infrastructure network services.
Your new role
You will be joining to help develop and support the existing network. This will include the installation, support and maintain maintenance of the network infrastructure, monitoring network performance and producing upgrades of file, print, application, firewall and web servers.
You must create and maintain user accounts, supporting the desktop environment and following a defined process to manage configurations and changes to equipment. You should feel confident in appropriately testing changes to systems, and maintaining accurate records in terms of identification and system configuration.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience of providing 2nd/3rd line support to users, proving capable in the detection, diagnosis and resolution of PC, printer and server faults. You should have familiarity with cloud technologies, Microsoft cloud products, Active Directory migration and Server build experience. A MCSE is highly desirable.
The skills required for this position: Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP, Hyper-V migration and management, Exchange, SCCM and SQL.
