Involving Team Assistant / Reception role - Asset Management
We are currently recruiting for a boutique finance firm with stunning offices in the West End. Based front of house, you will enjoy a varied and busy Team Assistant role, providing an exceptional level of service to the team and ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with the other PAs, you will be responsible for ordering daily staff lunches, ensuring the kitchen is fully stocked, ordering of stationery and other office supplies. You will also be relied upon to schedule meetings, book lunches/taxis, organise international travel and assist with expenses management.
This is a great opportunity for a Receptionist looking to expand their current skill set whilst still maintaining their front of house role.

- MUST HAVE financial services experience
