Invoicing and Billing Clerk - Monday to Friday 40hr week

BJMW Consulting are currently looking for an Invoice & Billing clerk to work within one our clients at Heathrow.

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 530pm

Duties & Responbilties:

Review service calls and bill (AFP) according to company guidelines.
Resolve queries with relevant parties.
Prioritize and reply to customers in a timely manner.
Run Billing Team reports, as requested. Resolve any resulting issues as requested.
Raise invoices in a timely manner.
Follow and contribute to team processes and procedures.
Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the Billing Analysts or Finance Manager.

The candidate would have the following skills:

Data Input, Invoicing and administration experience.
Customer Service Experience.
Good communication skills both written and oral.
Confident to ask questions and raise issues.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to identify problem areas and to raise with the relevant party.
Ability to adhere to instructions.
Ability to use own initiative.
Able to work alone and within a team.
Good data entry skills.
Able to work under pressure and manage a high volume workload.
Able to use multiple software systems and data sources simultaneously.
Confident, shows initiative and is able to prioritise workloads to meet strict deadlines.
Microsoft Excel and Word - working knowledge.
