Temp - Perm
Our loyal client based in Nottingham is currently looking to recruit an Invoicing Administrator to join their team on an on-going Temporary basis. The role may go permanent for the right candidate.
Working hours will be between Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Answering calls
- Picking up jobs to advertise and allocating all jobs to drivers
- Dealing with invoicing queries and chasing payments
- General administration duties
The ideal candidate will have skills in the following areas;
- Computer literacy - able to use a MacBook
- Data analysis and accurate entry
- Invoicing knowledge
- Customer service experience
- Flexibility to support the business needs
- An enthusiastic team player
