Invoicing Administrator

Our client based on the outskirts of Swindon are recruiting an Invoicing Administrator to join their Finance team.

Due to location transport is a must.

The role will involve:

  • Accurate processing of all outgoing invoices using both Excel and Sage line 50
  • Manage and update internal spreadsheet
  • Email and post all invoices processed
  • Update order information onto in house system
  • Responsible for taking inbound calls to the business and directing as required

The right candidate will have the following skills, experience and knowledge:

  • Excel and Sage
  • Invoicing experience
  • Reporting using Excel
  • Experience of working within an industrial working environment would be an advantage

In return:

  • Hours of work 8.30am - 4.30pm with 1 hour for lunch
