We are currently recruiting for a role in the Purchasing Team of a lively and progressive organisation, based in West Leeds. You will be a confident and bright individual with a strong desire to follow the fantastic career opportunities offered within this company. The Invoicing Administrator will have the following daily responsibilities:

  • Arranging and coordinating vehicle deliveries with both clients and customer
  • Processing a high volume of invoices for the product that the company supply - ensuring accuracy and dealing with issues surrounding inaccurate quotes
  • Delivering positive news to customers and talk through the details of their order
  • Negotiating with suppliers in order to reducing delivery times, and keeping your clients informed
  • Consistently identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Managing and processing purchase invoices accurately and maintaining accurate records
  • Responding to delivery queries from both internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaising internally with account management and supplier management teams to ensure they are kept informed of purchase orders

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join a forward thinking, innovative company. To be considered for this Invoicing Administrator role, you will have the following:

  • A customer focused background with strong telephone based experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills - experience using it in a professional capacity
  • 1-2 years experience working within an administrative environment - ideally within accounts or finance
  • Methodical and process led approach with high attention to detail
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong communication skills - you must be empathetic and enthusiastic in your approach
  • Able to work well within a team environment, but able take ownership of your own independent tasks
  • Excellent organisational skills
