Invoice Coordinator

An Invoice Coordinator is required for an initial 2-month contract position working for an international broadcaster based in London.

As an Invoice Coordinator you will check, reconcile and process all freelancer invoices and ad-hoc timesheets for the business unit. You will ensure all dates, hours, shifts and corresponding rates are submitted accurately on the scheduling system and resolve any discrepancies with the relevant parties.

To be successful in this role you should have experience in a similar role within the broadcast industry. You will be a strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail and have a good understanding of invoicing and the regulations around freelance contracting.
