Based in Preston
I am currently working with an established company based in Preston who are looking to expand their team by adding an Invoice Administrator to work within the office team contributing to the smooth running of the company. You will be working closely with the Finance Assistant on a daily basis and full training will be given. This position will start as temporary with a view to go permanent for the right candidate.
As an Invoice Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Processing a high number of invoices
- Creating and drafting statements
- Answering incoming calls when required
- Keeping customers details up to date
- Occasional credit control
- All other adminsitrative duties that are required
- Previous office experience
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Accounts experience desirable
