Leading Wealth Management Corporation and Financial Advisors - Start date 1st June 2018.
The focus of the role is to own all logistical details of investor trips and act as sole point of contact for regional investor meetings. The role requires someone with excellent attention to detail and who is highly organised - you will need to keep the client updated with the process.
Complex flight and accommodation booking experience will be useful as well as restaurant reservations, taxis, car hire etc. You will also prepare investor packs and despatch.
Experience in Salesforce would be advantageous.
This post may suit either a Senior or less experienced Investor trips coordinator.
Hours are 8am or 8.30am - 5pm or 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
The office has a really pleasant and friendly atmosphere - soft drinks and refreshments are provided free of charge as well as breakfast.
