Investment Transfers Administrator

Based in central Bristol, this Investment company are looking for a Transfers Administrator to join their friendly team.

The Role:

  • Transfers in and out of stock and updating of system
  • Agreeing settlement dates with third parties
  • Liaising with registrars, executives and operational staff
  • Requesting letters of indemnity
  • Timely maintenance of records

The Candidate:

  • Previous Financial Services experience is essential
  • Transfers experience would be highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with time sensitive tasks and push things through when necessary
  • Comfortable working to deadlines
  • Good attention to detail
  • Flexible and customer focussed attitude
