Our client is a sophisticated retirement solution and wrap provider. They are looking for an experienced Investment Technician to join them in a hybrid role that will include some operational responsibilities. You will be joining the company at a time of transformation so there is never a dull moment.
You will the point of contact for all technical queries and issues relating to non-pension related business and for example ISAs, GIAs and tax issues. You’ll liaise with senior stakeholders and clients and less experienced staff who need technical expertise.
The role will also include responsibility for updating operational procedures and controls and take ownership pf processes particularly in relation to regulatory updates and when any issues have been identified. There is a strong emphasis on excellent customer service within this company and continually identifying innovative solutions to improve efficiency and the costumer experience. This will involve collaborating with colleagues across the wider business to identify and resolve any challenges.
They are looking to recruit a technically qualified individual from an Investment background. You’ll demonstrate a flexible approach to work and you’ll have excellent verbal and numeracy skills and ability to communicate in a confident, professional and sincere manner. An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines and a can-do attitude would help.
