We will be open for business on an Omni-channel basis; as independent adviser, PFP, self-directed D2C and for employers, ready to provide guidance and advice on demand. This new team is responsible for the design and development of a platform business that will service the Investment markets as well as being responsible for developing the capability to support the business channels and being accountable for the proposition design, development, delivery and commerciality of the proposition

Duties:

  • Investments Solution Managers will deliver a cohesive, compelling, engaging, digitally-centric omni-channel multi wrapper investment proposition.

  • Investment Solution Managers will provide end to end investment proposition and experience expertise including thought leadership internally and externally

  • Investment Solution Managers will be critical members of the featureteams ensuring PruWealth leverages digital technology to maintain scalable, repeatable, efficient, secure and low cost end to end solutions.

  • Investment Solution Managers are expected to be visible advocates for new ways of working that foster empowerment, collaboration and accountability underpinned by a constant   

  • Investment Solution Managers will work with the wider business and their generalist Solution Manager peers to manage our end to end proposition experience

  •  Manage the end to end proposition life-cycle for those investment solutions assigned within a wider portfolio ensuring value generated for the customer and the business is optimised (managing key metrics as agreed )
  • Investment Solution Managers will ensure optimal utilisation of the core investment offers developed for Pru Wealth and champion them within our business and ensure our investment solutions leverage M&G Prudential group capabilities to maximize shareholder value and deliver great customer outcomes

  • Investment Solution Managers will identify opportunities for improvements to our investment proposition, incorporating construction, pricing, operational efficiency, digital experience and distribution to drive greater commercial value and achieve P&L targets and drive these through to delivery

  • Solution Managers will monitor performance of assigned portfolio against key financial metrics defined in the annual plan and deliver changes/ adjustments as required

  • Investment Solution Managers will scope and deliver special projects or assignments to drive commercial value as directed by the leadership team

  • Solution Managers will help to define key marketing messages and marketing requirements for their assigned portfolio and work with relevant marketing teams to ensure effective delivery of these requirements

  • Ensure all investment solutions are in line with the strategy, operating model and design principles of the business (including PDP and PLM) and comply with and are future proofed against all applicable regulation

  • Proposition Life Cycle Management includes

    • Identification of opportunities for improvements to existing products, pricing, operational efficiency, service proposition and distribution proposition to drive greater commercial value and achieve P&L targets, agree their positioning within the overall solution backlog and as assigned, drive these through to delivery

    • Defining key marketing messages and marketing requirements for assigned portfolio and work with relevant marketing teams to ensure effective delivery of these requirements

    • Monitor performance of assigned portfolio against key performance metrics defined making interventions as required to attain target outcomes

  • Anticipate and resolve cross functional business issues arising in solution development and build
