Position: Investment Sales Executive
Salary: £30k basic, £24k OTE (uncapped)

My client is one of the largest financial services providers in the trading and spread betting space. They are looking for an Investment Sales Executive to speak with investors and traders using their platform. As Investment Sales Executive, your role is to increase investment and deposits on their trading platform, through warm leads. This is a really exciting role if you’re looking to move into your second sales position, and if you’d had experience in New Business previously. This is a role that involves no cold calling, and rather you will be supplied with data of recent sign-ups to the platform, and given their numbers to call. Commission is based on successfully onboarding clients, as well as based on amounts deposited.
You will need to have experience working in a high-intensity phone environment because while these leads are hot, you will be making circa 80 calls a day. On the flipside, with an industry leading basic salary and commission rate, the earning potential really is there. Aside from salary and commission, you will also be given a strong benefits package.
The progression upwards works around moving onto either higher value clients or setting up international offices. You will also have an exceptional benefits package. All round, a great opportunity for someone outside of the industry, but with an interest and knowledge, to move into it.
