Business Development Manager - Birmingham
Sterling Recruitment Solutions are looking for a Business Development Manager, to join a rapidly expanding property investment company in Birmingham City Centre.
The company is looking for someone with a proven track record within sales, who would relish the challenge of being a Business Development Manager within a developing and extremely successful sales team within an ever-growing property investment company based in Birmingham.
In order to be a successful Business Development Manager, you need to be resilient, have a "can-do" attitude, and must be driven and able to work on your own initiative. The role would be suited to an experienced telemarketer/sales person, who is used to and enjoys the thrill of telephone based sales.
The ideal candidate will have a good eye for figures, exceptional negotiation skills and general business acumen and must be a confident communicator. On top of this, you must be a charismatic presenter, with the ability to engage and persuade people on all levels. You need to be able to see trends emerging and developing within the market and be innovative, in order to think of new ways in which to increase profitability.
As an Investment Business Development Manager, your key responsibilities will be to:
- Create, maintain and execute a pipeline
- Provide clear and concise verbal communication
- Build client relationships in a friendly, approachable yet professional manner
- Multi-task and problem solve
- Have an enthusiastic 'Can Do’ attitude
- Be highly motivated to exceed targets
This is a full time, permanent position between the hours of 9am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with the company looking to pay a basic salary of £25,000 with first year OTE of £60,000 - £70,000.
