An opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious investment firm based in Sherborne within their busy client services team.

The purpose of the role is to support the firm in all aspects of administration and client services.

In this role you will provide effective administrative and investment support for Investment Managers. This will involve preparing reports and valuations, setting up and closing client portfolios, completing internal reviews and preparing welcome packs. You’ll also liaise with clients and intermediaries. You’ll assist with answering calls, file preparation, sorting post and assisting in client meetings. You’ll be required to comply with regulatory procedures at all times and ensure your knowledge is kept up to date.

The successful candidate will ideally have some experience the financial services industry already but most importantly will have a strong interest in the investment market. This position would also suit a graduate with a relevant degree.

You’ll be highly numerate, literate, intelligent and be able to learn quickly.
