Your new role
- Responsible for the setup, daily pricing and management of Investment products
- Report running, analysis and register maintenance
- Quality checking for operations team
- Distribution processing and corporate events
- Document Management and Scanning
- Processing of legal documentation
- Complete complex queries and write letters to clients
- Oversight of mailings
- Outbound calling when required
- Assist other teams when required
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in investment or Financial Services Administration, strong attention to detail, strong excel skills and an excellent telephone manner
