Your new role
Acting as the Office Administrator with Stock and Inventory duties on a salary of £20000 - £25000 based just outside Gateshead / Newcastle; your role will be very varied. Based in an office, you will be responsible for answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries effectively or transferring calls in a polite and professional manner. You will be assisting with the office administration such as supporting the sales team and also reporting and data and information recording.
Part of your role will also involve some manual handling, for example assisting with the unloading of deliveries. As the stock controller, you will be unloading deliveries and putting stock in relevant areas on the shelves. You will also be packing up orders and sending them to clients.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, this company is looking for somebody with Office Administration experience who has controlled or managed stock / inventory. You need to have strong PC Skills, with the ability to run reports. You need to be happy to perform a wide variety of tasks, including unloading deliveries.
