A global commercial charity in central London are looking for a temporary Intranet Manager to join as soon as possible on a 6-month contract paying a day rate of up to £220ltd. This is a unique opportunity to provide the global charity's workforce with accessible and up to date HR information through appropriate and engaging intranet content.
Main Duties:
- Design and develop content with stakeholders which enables business aims and needs
- Ensure any content changes are applied in smooth transition
- Provide quality customer user journeys
- Coordinate intranet governance
- Ensure the intranet content supports all regional strategies
- Create high quality reports that outline and overview progress and record any significant changes that have been made
- Partner and support stakeholders with the upgrade of SharePoint
- Establish positive relationships with notable influencers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure all areas correspond with the organisation's values
Person Specification:
- A degree or professional qualification in communications is highly desirable
- Charity, Government, Council or Commercial experience would be highly desirable
- Must have demonstrable success in delivering large scale intranet content that has delivered positive messages across a business
- Experience of delivering virtual engagement communications projects is highly desirable
- Global experience would be highly desirable
- First-class stakeholder engagement skills
