Intervention Teaching Assistant

A full time Teaching Assistant position has arose at a national teaching school in Oldham . The position is to work across Key Stage 2 and deliver interventions to specific pupils. Ideally the incoming student will have a strong academic background with students with English and Maths degree's preferred. The position is full time and is to run until the end of the academic year.

This is a larger than average sized primary school with a large proportion of pupils come from an ethnic background. You will be joining an inclusive school which cares very well for all its pupils and makes sure that every individual is fully included and has equality of opportunity regardless of background or ability. The incoming Teaching Assistant will ideally have experience of supporting pupils on a tutor basis or voluntary primary experience. Graduates of Psychology with voluntary experience in a primary schools are also welcome to apply.
