The teams within this office are home to some of the countries top billers, including IT, education, procurement and maintenance. Your new role
As an Intern in London on the education desk, you will work in partnership with London Schools to source the top Teachers and Teaching Assistants in the UK. Your role will involve you conducting telephone and face to face interviews, attending weekly client meetings, creating CV’s and producing job adverts on behalf of your schools. You will be creating vital relationships with Deputy Heads / Head Teachers and you will focus on providing the best service in order to maintain Hays’ outstanding reputation. You will work to targets and deadlines to ensure that you are performing to our high standards.
What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed in your year-long Internship with Hays, you will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate behaviours that reflect our brand values; Ambitious, Expert, Passionate about People and Inquisitive. You will be professional and commercial, which will support you in being able to build & maintain new relationships. You will be driven by successfully achieving targets and have exceptional attention to detail, time management and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to create good relationships with clients by being confident and assertive.

You will receive a monthly bonus on top of your basic salary, dependent on achieving targets and KPI’s set for you.
