An International Sales Manager is required for a permanent role working for an award-winning manufacturer based in the Buckinghamshire area. As the International Sales Manager you will be fully responsible for attaining and developing business throughout the UK, Europe, Middle East and North America.
Working in a sales position within the business your role will involve managing the full sales cycle, undertaking research and prospecting, meeting prospective clients and providing consultative sales solutions to deliver on bespoke requirements for clients. In addition to being responsible for new business you will also be responsible for the development of existing accounts, building long term relationships to deliver and exceed sales targets.
To be successful in this role you will be highly motivated and driven by the success of a sale. Any international sales experience would be a bonus and any experience of selling technical solutions to the end user and integrators and not initially through distributors and dealers would be highly beneficial. This position would suit an articulate sales person with a real passion for closing deals, who is looking to learn and partner with a highly successful Sales Director, with the opportunity to develop into this role.
In return a generous package is offered - a basic salary of up to £40,000 with realistic OTE's of upwards of £100,000 for successful sales people. The package will also include a company car or car allowance. This is a fantastic opportunity for an International Sales Manager to drive sales for a highly respected manufacturer.
Please note, candidates are required to travel extensively (up to 50% travel) and the remainder of the role will be office based.
