One of clients is looking for a Payroll Project Manager to oversee the International Payroll team based in London. The company is a market leader within their specialist sector and is seeking a Payroll Project Manager to provide leadership to key cross functional projects, focusing on driving efficiency and effectiveness of the business in; reviewing existing services, supporting mergers and acquisitions.
The International Project Payroll Manager will work closely with stakeholders across Global Payroll and drive change management to proactively communicate changes on roles/responsibilities as a result of ongoing/completed projects.
You will have project management experience and have several years' experience in HR Operations or a shared services environment. You will be familiar with identifying and implementing process improvements with strong technical skills. Those with Workday experience would be at an advantage.
You will be someone with high integrity and work effectively with individuals across all levels. You will have proven experience in building and maintaining relationships across all teams.
