You will be rewarded with uncapped commission with our industry beating commission structure starting at 30% (and rising to 50%!), as well as our company share scheme which is open to all employees, all expenses paid incentives to Ibiza and Las Vegas, Michelin star restaurants and social events regularly in our award-winning offices!
- You will be selling Projectus as a consultancy, not only as a recruiter but as a strategic partner offering new solutions to recruitment issues.
- You will be conducting interviews with candidates both on the phone and face to face, to assess suitability for your job roles on behalf of your clients.
- You will be sourcing candidates through jobsites, headhunting and using your excellent communication skills to build up your network.
- Attending events and conferences to meet new clients and candidates.
- Writing winning adverts and marketing yourself on LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media platforms.
Training and Development
Training and Development is at the source of why Projectus are so successful. You will receive a bespoke training plan, structured around how you learn, by our dedicated recruitment trainers before you get out on the desk. Once you are in the day to day role, our recruitment coaches will give you continuous support to help make you the best!

- Base salary of £20,000 - £25,000 (depending on previous experience), average first year earnings of £30,000 - £40,000.
- Very attractive commission scheme (monthly and quarterly bonuses available) 30-50%.

You will have/be:
- Previous Recruitment or Sales experience.
- Excellent communicator.
- Degree educated is desirable, however not essential.
- Confident, outgoing and have an ability to build relationships.
- German or French language skills are a bonus but not essential.
