Our client, an international health based organisation who is a leader in their field, is recruiting for an International Marketing Coordinator to join their fast paced marketing communications team.

You will assist the marketing communications team in developing and implementing marketing strategy to the UK and German markets, and providing marketing and communications support to the company's overseas distributors.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Work with the German Marketing Manager to develop and implement the marketing plan
  • Work with German agencies to enhance and update the German website, social media platforms and marketing materials
  • Manage external agencies, to co-ordinate planned marketing activity and projects
  • Provide monthly reports detailing social media and web statistics for the German market
  • In conjunction with the event team, project manage and attend international distributor events
  • Travel to international markets as required to provide marketing support
  • Maintain an international marketing support website for distributors, working with the UK team to share all relevant marketing materials, making sure content is relevant, useful and updated regularly
  • Develop communications and gather feedback from international distributors
  • Develop marketing material and communication for new product launches for international markets
  • Co-ordinate marketing projects effectively and within specified parameters
  • Creating proposals, where relevant, for German/international projects
  • Take responsibility for delivering set budgets ensuring expenditure is tracked and reported on

Skills and experience required:

  • CIM or equivalent marketing professional qualification
  • International marketing experience and fluency in written and spoken German is desirable
  • Minimum of two years marketing experience
  • Website, social media marketing and event management experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to deliver multiple projects and to meet tight deadlines
  • Structured and disciplined approach
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to travel internationally as required
  • Full driving licence and use of a car

Salary and benefits:

  • Up to £25,000
  • Discretionary Profit Share Scheme with a bonus of up to 15% of annual salary
  • 20 days annual holiday plus Bank Holidays
