International Lead Generation Executive
Based in Southampton
£££Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission & Benefits!!
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm - Permanent!
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting, growing company as a International Lead Generation Executive! This would be an office based role in Southampton.
- Conducting market research and sifting through various websites, the company database and sites such as LinkedIn to obtain prospects information
- Working with the International Sales Consultants, booking meetings with new clients for them to attend
- Supporting with the growth and development of the international side of the business by overachieving targets and KPI's
- Maintaining clients records and operating as the first point of contact for clients, working to develop a trusting 'Account Manager' type relationship with existing and potential customers
- Maintaining the CRM system, updating it with data flow & making sure all new data is recorded
- Communicating with both internal and external customers via phone and email
- Actively promote all company services and identify growth opportunities where possible
- Working to compliance regulations at all times.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have previous sales or account management or lead generation experience!
- Will need to have experience in one of the above areas in a B2B sales environment.
- Must be target driven, not afraid to cold call and have a strong confident telephone manner!
- Must be positive, proactive, enthusiastic and a strong team player
- You need to be target driven and KPI focused!
- Must have good administration skills and ability to update and 'cleanse' data on a day to day basis.
- Will need to be resilient, tenacious and responsible!
