• General Purpose:
• Customer Service Representative: is responsible for the communication with the customer to ensure the proper and timely movement of freight and information, while complying with any internal and external requirements.
• In addition, developing and maintaining relationships with carriers, customers and warehouses to guarantee the timely delivery of shipments
• Job Description:
• Effective communication with customers, vendors.
• Tracking, tracing, and updating the status of shipments.
• Monitoring of reports.
• Reporting workflow progress to Management on a frequent basis.
• Understanding the operational process flow and seeking improved ways of efficiency.
• Additional Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in air freight forwarding industry.
• Fluent English and Hungarian.
• Personal Attributes:
• Proactive and Organized.
• Customer Focus.
