International Events & Exhibitions Manager

Working for a growing start-up the role of Events & Exhibitions Manager requires a highly experienced Events Manager who has excellent communication and organisational skills. Working on varied exhibitions and events globally you will be working closely with the Global Marketing Manager to make a noticeable impact across a broad spectrum of marketing activities.

Full project management of exhibitions stands, conferences, seminars, training session and virtual events from initial creative brief through to delivery
Acting as the main point of contact for all events, including being on site for build-up/break down and stand management throughout event
Sourcing and securing venues and accommodation, negotiating costs where possible
Working with the Global Marketing Manager to develop clear messaging plans for events
Managing and supporting third party event contractors and suppliers
Developing agendas, content and presentation material
Planning and monitoring event budget
Researching event sponsorship/partnership opportunities
Organising event delegate lists/bookings
Post-event reporting
