Job type: Permanent, full-time (flexible working options can be considered)
Salary: Up to 35k dependent upon experience
Location: UK or Europe (GMT +/- 1 hour with monthly travel to Godalming, UK)

Our client is a fast-growing and influential campaigning charity that is already transforming the lives of millions of farm animals around the world and seeking to change fundamentally the way our food is produced.
Join our clients International Digital Team as they commence an ambitious programme of organisational growth. Help put their movement of website users, activists, supporters and donors at the centre of everything they do, by building understanding of their diverse audiences and enabling them to make data-driven decisions.
You will collect and present key performance data and dashboards, showing how people consume and share their content across websites, email and social media, gathered via a range of analytics tools. You will use your excellent analytical and problem solving skills to derive insights and produce strategic and tactical recommendations for conversion rate optimisation.
Using your experience optimising digital fundraising, you will lead their work to enhance participation in individual giving, as well as providing ad-hoc insights on optimisation opportunities across all their main communication channels.
